Illegal Use

It is illegal to use telephone service for illegal purposes. If the mobile operator determines, at its sole discretion, that you have used the communication service marketed by Simlimites for unlawful purposes, it reserves the right to terminate your service contract unilaterally and immediately.

If there is evidence that your service has been used illegally, the Authorities and mobile operators may request that Simlimites send or transmit any relevant information, including your identity, to the competent authorities for investigation and prosecution. In addition, Simlimites will comply with all subpoenas or court or extrajudicial orders, in order to send information, in order to protect its rights and company property.

Date of service activation

At the time of purchase, the customer must indicate precisely the date of activation of the service that will be scheduled. The eSIM will be activated the day of your trip or the day before depending on the departure time provided by the customer. This acknowledges that the plan will be valid from the moment of activation, i.e. the day of your trip or the day before the scheduled activation date.

This is an exchange in which the customer acknowledges that he/she will give up 1 day of the validity of his/her plan for the convenience of having the SIM activated as of midnight on the day of activation. For example, if the customer contracts a 30-day plan, activation 1 day prior to the arrival date will extend the plan for 29 calendar days from the requested activation date.

The customer can change the activation date at any time up to 48 hours before the activation date at no cost. This can be done by contacting customer service via email or online chat.

Simlimites is not responsible if the date entered by the customer in the request does not correspond with the exact date the customer arrives at the destination, or if the customer does not communicate in time about any change in that date. After activation, the plan period begins and the prepaid credit cannot be reversed or cancelled.
